In maintaining compliance, the parent(s) is key in cooperation with the student. In focusing on a Gospel rather than a law orientation, our policy is as follows:

First Specific Infraction (no belt, etc.) – Typically, a parent contact by the principal or teacher asking you to review the dress code/specific infraction with your child to clarify the matter with the focus on a second infraction not occurring.

Second Specific Infraction – Request by the teacher for an appropriate substitute clothes item to be sent to school on the following day for emergency usage and remain at school until the end of the following month for possible emergency use. If no additional specific infraction occurs during that time period, the redemption of the item may occur, at the student’s discretion, and the item can then be taken home.

The school dress code promotes a sense of unity and prepares our students to come to school ready to pursue both spiritual growth and academic excellence.

All of the clothing listed in the Dress Code Policy is available at Land’s End. To view which items are compliant with the policy, go to www.landsend.com/school.
