Fifth Grade – Mrs. Sue Wilkin
Mrs. Wilkin received a bachelor of science degree in consumer/community services with a specialization in early childhood from Michigan State University and a master of arts in education from Roosevelt University – Chicago. Mrs. Wilkin grew up in Livonia and has been married for more than 30 years to Bill. They have lived in New York, Illinois, and Wisconsin where both her daughters were born. Rebecca is attending GVSU, and Bridget is at Wayne State. Mrs. Wilkin has taught preschool through fifth grade, an undergraduate early education class at SUNY/Stony Brook, and been a director at several day care centers. She has been involved in or helped with VBS and faith formation since she was in elementary school, ran and coached cross country and track, and is currently an assistant coach for SOTL’s cross country team. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, read, watch movies, attend plays, and listen to music. Mrs. Wilkin has been teaching at SOTL since 2007.
